I'm 68 years old and have been into health and fitness my entire adult life.
However, I noticed that the quality of my erections started being compromised about 3 years ago.
It had never been a problem before.
I take a lot of herbs and supplements but still struggle with my erections sometimes.
I was diagnosed with Lyme’s disease and prostate cancer last year.
l am a long time vegetarian (over 40 years) but supplement with plant protein (I don’t tolerate whey), pine pollen and other herbs.
I would welcome comments as to why my current protocol isn't knocking out my ED.

You know what’s really interesting is the number of guys that are vegetarians that have problems with ED.
I do think there is a connection here… though I wouldn’t say that eating meat is inherently good for ED.
It has more to do with your body’s production of critical monophosphates.
Monophosphates like Adenosine Monophosphate, Creatine Monophosphate, and Guanosine monophosphate all help regulate energy production and protein synthesis…
Meat contains many critical precursor compounds to these valuable molecules that help your body function better…
Not that you can’t get them from plant sources… it’s just that you need to work a little harder.

Now, there are probably guys out there that might think this is “unfair”… and you’re right!

Now add to that your Lyme’s disease diagnosis and prostate cancer (which can affect erectile performance by itself)…
Well… it’s not a great situation for your manhood.
But it’s not the end…
I think one thing to tackle here would be sensitivity.
Prostate issues and Lyme’s disease can both reduce your sensitivity, which can dampen your erection quality.
So… go all in on the Iron Man Stamina™ beverage protocol…
Drinking at least 1 twice daily… preferably one on an empty stomach…
And one immediately before bed…
I can’t know for sure that this will solve your problems whole hog… because there could be a number of reasons for your erectile performance woes.
