Thank you for your work and research. I have gone from barely being able to make love to my girlfriend, to having sex 2 - 3 times per day!
I’ve followed your advice and I naturally get solid erections whenever we’re in the mood.
One thing I did notice recently is that I’m feeling a slump late in the day.
It seems to happen around 4 – 5 pm…just before I’m ready for exercise.
It prevents me from going to the gym.
Any advice?

You’ve gone a different way which means…

Now, about your second problem…
I want you to lean in because this is some tough love coming…
The way to overcome fatigue is the same as overcoming any other problem.
ACTION!
I know when you’re tired it might be tough to drag yourself to the gym…
But that has so many positive benefits on your raw manliness you wouldn’t even believe.
Plus, it helps you develop the mindset and internal fortitude to get the job done even when you don’t want to.
As you age…your initiative takes a bigger hit than your biology.
You get cozy and comfortable…
Don’t let that happen… it costs a lot in the long run.
Now, since you’re in the tribe I know you’re a man of action.
Which is why I’m going to trust that you’ll go ahead and do that.
It’s the #1 way to keep your manhood strong and long at any age.
If you can’t make it to the gym…
Bring the gym to you.
Just 20 minutes 3 days a week is great if the intensity is high enough.
It adds more energy than it takes and it will make sure that your manly engines keep roaring full steam ahead.
Love all the progress all you guys are making.
