True story:
A guy in his mid-30s suffered from ED for several years.
He tried the usual recommendations — pills, herbs, supplements — but nothing worked for more than a few weeks.
Eventually, it got so bad he could only get erections when viewing porn...
On rare occasions in the morning...
And almost never when it was time to have sex with his woman.
And then, he made an almost accidental dietary change.
He upped the fats he was eating and eliminated most carbs. In other words, he started eating keto.
He did it because he heard it was healthy — not because he was hoping it would cure him of ED.
And yet, that's exactly what happened.
Within three to four weeks, his ED vanished. He says he now gets erections as normal as any man his age. And I imagine his woman is pleased.
But was it really the diet that cured him of ED?
It's certainly possible. If I had to guess, I'd say the higher fat content probably improved his hormonal profile and upped his testosterone...
While the absence of carbs lowered his blood sugar, which can impact erections directly.
That's why, if you are looking for better sexual health, keto might be worth a look.
But before you get too excited, I have to warn you.
There there is one bad aspect of keto. Specifically, this diet can be difficult to adhere to.
Steak and eggs might sound great for the first few days...
But unless you're well-prepared with interesting food ideas, a keto diet can get tiring. And that means you might fall off the wagon before you start seeing the good results.
Fear not, though.
I've found a great resource to fix this exact problem.
It shows you how you can go on a keto diet — and still eat foods such as breads, pizza, and sandwiches.
So if you want to jump on the keto bandwagon, and see how it helps your morning, evening, and nighttime wood, then here's the place to start:
