I was recently reading about common sex injuries.
And one honest guy reported his experiences:
He was having sex with his girl. Mid-orgasm, his calf muscle locked up in a painful cramp. He screamed in agony, pinned the girl down to prevent her from moving, and ejaculated inside her while contorting his leg to minimize pain.
The girl laughed. The guy did not.
Now you may or may agree with the girl that this story is funny.
But there is a serious underlying warning that I want to make:
There are plenty of strains, pulls, tears, and ruptures that can happen to you during the course of a vanilla sex session. Think calves, groin, lower back, neck, hamstrings, and even the muscles in your "taint."
Some of these injuries might result in a one-time story, like the guy above.
Others, however, could put you out of sexual commission for weeks or months.
Take for example a friend of mine, who, during a regular night with his girlfriend, strained his back, causing a hernia. While he recovered, sex became unpleasant and difficult. And honestly, that was the last issue on his mind. Because his overall life also become a chore: sleeping, walking up stairs, and bending over to pick up a
simple Amazon delivery all resulted in shooting pains in his back and legs.
So what's the point I want to make?
Well, if you feel your joints and muscles are tight, then watch out.
You might wind up in a story like the ones above.
The thing is, it doesn't have to be this way. A little, easy daily habit can save you from many sex injuries — and can even help you have more energy and be a better, more vigorous lover.
